The hotel is very new and modern. The lobby area is very spacious with lots of room to hangout. The breakfast was very delicious and decently priced. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely renovated. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from Rome center and has a few restaurants down the street.

Employees were friendly and quite easily available when needed. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Breakfast was ok, basic breakfast foods, nothing fancy. We really appreciated the air condition in the rooms which were active 24/7, as some hotels deactivate AC when you leave room. As we were expecting temperature to be high on our stay in Rome, having swimming pool in the hotel was really great to relax and cool yourself. Location was not the best one, but luckily hotel offered transportation to closest subway station and city bus stop was just a 5-10 min walk away, train station was also about 15 min walk away and it was affordable to use (1€/person to city center) and you could buy ticket to train in the station from automat.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming and also very understanding of your requirements. The hotel is packed due to peak season and so it should as the service is top quality. The breakfast in the morning was very good and had a huge variety. The staff at the restaurant and bar are friendly and warm. The vibe was really positive. The staff helped me get another room when I arrived. Me and my parents were very impressed and enjoyed our stay at Belstay a lot ! Highly recommended this hotel if you are travelling to Rome.

i stayed with my family there for more then 1 week. our rooms were super, the breakfast was plenty and satisfying (maybe we got bored after one week with the same food, but this is our fault :))) they also offer transport to a subway station.

The hotel was very tidy. Clean, with good sized rooms and windows. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good, unlike many other hotels in Italy with a similar budget.

I liked everything. The staff reacted prompty to all the issues announced, Signore Fabio was very available for my wifi computer issues. Breakfast was ioncluded and very rich and nicely served. lthough it is a bit difficult to get to the city center, but one is aware of this when looking at the hotel location on the map. The bus stop is not far away from the hotel about 7 min. walking distance. I did not travel by car, but the hotel has a large free parking, so it is very useful for those travelling by car or renting one.

New modern hotel, a little away from the busy city. Clean and modern rooms with good solutions for placing bags, hanging coats, etc. Great swimming pool and small ok breakfast. There are other great options for food right down the road. About a 18minute walk to the train station that has many good options for connections.

Plenty of free parking for cars, big beautiful lobby, restaurant/bar onsite, pool and available suites. Amazing breakfast.
